Baolian has built arcade control components for other people’s machines since 1994. Some customers order standard parts adapted to their spec; others hand us a requirement and we develop the component from scratch — structure, circuit, firmware, molds, and production line. Both run through the same engineering team in Panyu, Guangzhou.
Your spec on proven parts
Mounting size, shaft length, 5V/12V, connectors and harness, lighting color and behavior, ball or bat tops, silkscreen and logo, packaging — applied to product lines already running in the field.
From requirement to a new product
Requirement review, structural engineering, PCB and control-algorithm design, firmware, mold development, prototype and validation — including Hall-effect sensing modules and custom light-gun and control-circuit projects.
One supplier for the whole panel
Joysticks, buttons, microswitches, coin systems, doors, and harnesses specified together — so a single factory owns the fit, the quality, and the delivery date.

MOQ depends on customization depth: logo and color on a standard part needs far less volume than a new mold — tell us your quantities and we will tell you what is realistic. Lead time: standard-part adaptations move fast; mold projects get a real date at the engineering review, not a slogan. Samples: available for evaluation on standard and adapted parts, and built into the plan as prototype stages for custom developments.
